    Abstract
    The antioxidant properties, spectral characteristics and the composition of lipids isolated from marigold flowers and sea buckthorn fruits and from their 50% water-propyleneglycol extracts were studied. Significant quantitative differences in the inhibitory efficiency, the quantitative ratio of lipid fractions and the presence of biologically active substances in their chloroform solution were revealed depending on the polarity of the eluent.
