    Huanglongbing is the most devastating citrus disease in the world. Almost all commercial citrus varieties are susceptible to the causal bacterium, Candidatus Liberibacter asiaticus , which is transmitted by the Asian citrus psyllid. Currently, there are no effective management strategies to control HLB.
